This Penny Scallan Hot / Cold pack is perfect for all kinds of bumps and bruises or as a way of keeping food and drinks cool in lunchboxes. This dual purpose Chirpy Bird Hot / Cold Pack from Penny Scallan can be used to keep food & drinks cool in lunch boxes, or as a cold/heat pack for minor injuries. The Hot / Cold pack is reusable, non-toxic and hypo-allergenic.

To use as a Hot Pack:

Submerge in hot water for 5-7 minutes. It is important NOT to boil the water. Once the pack is warm enough, remove from the water and place on the affected spot. DO NOT PLACE IN THE MICROWAVE.

To use as a Cold Pack:

Keep your pack in the fridge or place in the freezer for approximately 45-60 minutes. Once the pack is cool enough you can place it in a lunchbox. DO NOT LEAVE IN THE FREEZER PERMANENTLY.
